how frequently should i train each muscle group ?

frequency or training is highly dependent on the intensity and volume of exercise performed for each muscle group.for moderrate intensity exercise,training a muscle group three times per week is appropriate.for high intensity and high volume(lost of sets)training,cut back the frequency to twice per week

i think u can train each group each day....and u can train them 2 times a day...

of course more is better.....but don't too many ^^
