Tell you what, he is very busy with his business. Cause of that, he wouldnt monitoring my progress as regularly as some of the solutions of particular problems will be delayed. As so, I will be send him my latest progress report for his reference even without any request by him.

As you know, he is busy and may not have time to follow up on my work progress. When he is available to check on my work, some problem solvings may be too late. Therefore, I am taking the initiative to hand in my progress report on a regular basis to him even when he does not request for me to do so.

As you know, he may be too busy to follow up the progress of my work. Even if he did, time may be too late for certain urgent problems. In the circumstances, I have taken the initiative to submit progress report to him on a regular basis, even if he has not required me to do so.

"If time is allowed after finishing my work, I will take initiative action to help my colleagues. It is no doubt that the contribution only from one person is not sufficient to have a good accomplishment, therefore I think a good team work player means a lot to the company. Not just finish hiw own task, but to finish the whole task on the view of a team"
