I do understand your difficulties, however if we do not receive the information by today then there would be a further delay of 3 to 4 days since it would be holiday time over your side (company/country??) The delay would affect the rate of production. I hope you understand time is running out and we could wait no further. Therefore I hope you could check the shortest possible time about when the information would be madeavailable.
We have just received the returned products and the information is as follows:
I would pass the returned products over to the supervisor of our XX Department for examination of the reported problematic areas. And regarding the refund, our account department would settle with your Hong Kong office once we have collected all the returned goods.
We acknowledge the fact that your company do not accept the product quality of invoice number XXX and XXX, however we regret that it is the best possible quality requirement our comapny being able to meet. We have checked with the suppliers and they confirmed that they were unable to meet the sample requirements . With these reasons we have failed to produce the product to your standard. We would have to request your comapny to withdraw the order of the forementioned products. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience thus caused.
