有關抽血既問題?

3 bottle 既抽血
1.One with clotted blood-----fot testing renal function,liver function
hormone levels,antibodies of various diseases...
2.Flouride bottle----used for testing blood glucose level(flouride prevents degradation of glucose)
3.EDTA bottle----for testing complete blood picture Haemoglobin,white blood cell count,platelets...
There are different bottles for culture of microorganism in the blood(not commonly done unless you are very ill and hospitalised).
4.bottle for culture of anearobic organism
5.bottle for culture of aerobic organism

因為次序錯誤。
第一 係 anaerobes, 之後系 aerobes. 抽血時﹐一定要抽 culture bottles 先。 followed by Citrate tube, Plain / SST, Heparin, EDTA,最後 才抽 Fluoride
