請問各位可否指供多些資料或書籍,舊NOTES,可作參考之用.

You are listing a typical structure on management reporting. Also as important is to choose a topic.You may download this file for your easy reference:

It has the same report structure as yours. Just it is a MBA writing and you need not to write as deep and complex as it does : )
