1. May not be the case. You're better to check the price in HK first. HK Tour normally will bring you to the watch shop (3 storey). I checked that the same model of my Rolex brought in HK (at some discounts) was expensive than HK, even deducted the tax. The shop may not show all the models, you have to ask for more models to choose.
2. Burberry outlet in UK will be much cheaper (~50% less depending on items) but not sure you have time to go. Burberry shop inside airport is much cheaper (~20% less) than the shop in city.
If you are travelled by BA, you can make use of transit time (HK->London) to check the goods and prices first.
Westwood will be cheaper in UK. You are better to check the price in HK first because the exchange rate is not very good at this time.
LV can be brought in Italy or France. The shop does show all the items, you have to ask for more models to choose. Normally, tour will bring you to Milan or Paris department stores.
3. Italy - ice-cream, Pizza, coffee, ham
France - snail, goose liver, wine
Switzerland - chocolate (cheaper), ice-cream, cheese
Holland - cheese
比利時 - chocolate
UK - High tea, roast lamb
4. As you join the tour, you can just find shops nearby because there will not be much free time for you to travel around. You will find the most familiar place will be gas stations. You will have to spend much time on bus. Good Luck!!
