Teddy's café is my favourite place to eat in Hong Kong. This café is located at the suburb area in Sai Kung. I seldom go there because it is quite far away from my home. Ususally, I go to Teddy's café with my family. The roasted rack of lamb, pan-roasted butterfish, sizzling chocolate brownies with vanilla ice cream, are the signature dishes there. All of the dishes are mouthwatering and done to perfection! Once you have eaten one of those dishes, you will realise why there are so many customers. Also, the services of the waiters are great, they are very polite.
Many people like to eat sushi in Hong Kong. Sushi comes from Japan. Japanese cusine is very popular in Hong Kong. And in fact, it's quiet easy to make one, the only ingredients you need is rice, fresh pieces of fish and seaweed. All you have to do it to roll the rice and fish inside the seaweed. It is not necessary to cook or heat it.
I truly think that Hong Kong is definitely a food paradise because there are a large varieties of cusine to choose from in Hong Kong, for example, Indian food, thai cusine, korean food, Italien cusine etc. I am sure there's nowhere else better than Hong Kong regarding to the eatery!

Find your own table and secure a seat. First, tell the waiter (if he or she is looking your way!) what kind of Cha (Chinese tea) you want. Normally, people drink a milder "Po-Lay" (a kind of red tea) or a slightly stronger "Sau-May" (closer to green tea). For the heart-conscious, (why are you even considering dim sum anyway?) "Tik-Guan-Yum" or "iron Buddha" is said to help lower cholesterol and tastes somewhat like a combination of the two mentioned above.

Waitresses (normally middle-aged women who won't speak a word of English) push metal trolleys around displaying their wares. They used to call out the names of the dim sum they served, but now the names are normally displayed on plastic cards on the front of the trolley. Whatever the method or sales tactic, chances are good you still won't be able to figure out what is inside these little" dumplings" at first glance, so you had better take a close look at what's inside the round bamboo basket before you commit yourself to the sale.

My favourite to eat in Hong Kong is the Jumbo Floating Restaurant. It is in Aberdine. I go there every year with my family. this restaurant provides customers with a wide variety of seafood. it id popular with customers because the food there is very delicious. In addition, it is a tourist attraction as the restaurant is floating on the sea.

i think hong kong is indeed a food paradise. in hong kong, it's not difficult to find food in different styles. there are chinese style, Japanese style, thai's style and western style.
