present perfect tense 係講由之前到而家都仲進行緊既野 呢個係用have+pp
past perfect tense 係講d野由之前 做到一個時間已經停左 無繼續 呢個係用had+pp
e.g.present perfect tense : I have gone to school by foot.我行路番學.我之前到而家都係行路番學,而之後都會繼續行路.
past perfect tense : I had finished my homework.我已經完成我既功課.

Present perfect tense(現在完成式):
If we want to emphasise the present result of the past action, we use this tense (has/have+the past participle of a verb).
Eg: Jack has lost his book.

Past perfect tense(過去完成式):
It is used to talk about an action which happened before another past action.
Eg:She sis not see that film last night because she had seen it before.

Present perfect tense :
have/has +p.p.
Past perfect tense :
had +p.p.
