答: 如果你有合法的簽證(旅遊, 學生簽證等等)留係澳洲, 澳洲政府是沒有權利叫你回國生或不給你在澳洲生. 如果你沒有買私人醫療保險, 澳洲住院及醫療費用是很昂貴的.

答: 在澳洲產子, BB一定不能拿到澳洲國籍. 澳洲法律規定BB出身後一定是要跟父母親的國籍. 不是原產地國籍的. 早幾年的法律還可以BB在澳洲出世, 就可以拿到澳洲國籍, 現在己經不行. (我想香港應該效法澳洲的法律)

請恕我唐突, 你想BB有其它國籍的目的時什麼? 因為說實話, 就算BB拿到其它國籍, 父母申請過去和BB團聚, 是要經過很多年時間才會批准的. 你都知道BB如果沒有父母的照顧和關懷, 成長是會有很大的問題.

你不如看一看自己夠不夠資格申請移民還好. 澳洲技術移民不需要很多錢, 所以值得一試. 或者可以去澳洲讀一些可以移民課程(大約一年6萬港幣左右, 總共兩年), 這樣一來可以體驗澳洲生活是否適合你們和孩子的將來. 二來可以提高本身的競爭力(有英語能力及一項特殊技能). 而且就讀期間, 澳洲政府允許海外留學生一邊打工, 一邊讀書. 而且伴侶(妻子/老公)可以一齊去陪讀. 陪讀期間亦可以打工.

If you do so, please remember you arrange adequate travel insurance or overseas student health insurance if you are an overseas student in Australia.

You can give birth in Australia even you are NOT Australia citizen or a permanent resident. BUT A child is an Australian citizen by birth if, and ONLY if, at least one parent is an Australian citizen or permanent resident at the time of the child's birth in Australia.

If neither parent is an Australian citizen or a permanent resident at the time of a person's birth in Australia, and the person is ordinarily resident in Australia until his/her 10th birthday, the person automatically acquires Australian citizenship on that birthday.

I am Australia PR .u can born bady in Australia but ur bady cannot have Aus PR or passport and IMMI will send ur bady back in HK because in Aus IMMI set up new IMMI laws in 1990 .father or mother one side must PR or hold Aus passport after they bady can get Aus passport .

如果在澳洲意外懷了新孕可以申請留下等生但要醫生証明你不適宜飛行，而且醫院收費亦很貴，你唔好學的大陸人走數整臭香港人個名，生完後個孩子有澳洲居留但父母就無。
