事情係咁，我公司係外國host左個簡體字網站，現在想把這個網站搬到國人的伺服器讓當地同事管理。問題就是在國內的同事問了我幾個問題，但他是用國內terms，所以我唔識翻譯返成英文，麻煩你地幫幫忙啦:
他的問題是:
1) 我想看的是网站程序后台如何操作的
2) 我想知道那個程序说明文档
(以上的就是他的問題，我應該點樣問那個外國的同事呢?)
外國server的資料:
Program language: Perl and PHP
Server: Linux debian
Database: mysql
唔明大陸人的用語，可否幫幫忙呀?

I need to see the admin panel of the web site.

I need to know the readme file of that program.

If I were your PRC colleague, I would have also asked:
"Can you give me an admin access to the server?"
Then the PRC colleague will have full control of the 外國 server, and move the site to 國內 server easily. Of course the PRC colleague can screw everything up with that full access.
