Well, the new Treasure Trail Item that a non-member can buy are the Heraldic Helmets (Black/Adamantite/Rune h1/ h2/ h3/ h4/ h5) and the willow compisite bow. For other, none of them can trade in non-member world (it simply means non-member can't own).
