Receptionist

I have never heard of the "Deputy Senior Receptionist" title in my entire career life as a recruiter.

I see either you are joking with us, or that company is fooling you. Whichever reason you should not bother to join that company. Let me share the ridiculous with the readers.

1. The words "Deputy" and "Senior" never put together on a position title. In a team there can be more than one senior. "Deputy" is usually used to indentify the second man after the chief in a team. Therefore "Deputy Senior" does not make any sense.

2. The trend in corporate management is to reduce the headcount in reception as much as possible with the help of technology (direct phone lines). So I see it is a big joke for a company to have 3 receiptonists; more funny is they have different seniority : )
