其實我差唔多日日食.....係好定係壞呀??


而且對身體有咩影響?

粟米系屬于平性類糧食,中有健脾胃的功效,好有益嘎。
其實系墨西哥等一D地方,中系主食,就好似我地口既白飯甘。
所以放心喇,食多D粟米,只有好處,冇壞嘎

dont worried.......sweet corn belong to carbohydrate 碳水化合物.....
like eating rice everyday.....
some place will eat corn instead meal.......
but everything.......eat variety and moderately......
too much will be not good for your health.....

Remark: sweet corn栗米 not equal to fruit. It is carbohydrate碳水化合物
