減肥 同 練肌肉 可以一齊嗎

我本身好肥210磅 172cm

請問減肥 同 練肌肉 可以同「時期」進行嗎﹖

我已經有帶氧運動

我主要係想增加肌肉 - > 消耗更多熱量

但係人地話,會愈黎愈脹,因為肥肉 + 實左o既肌肉
我唔mind睇唔到肌肉o既成效,只為減肥。

有無肥仔去做gym練肌肉呢 - >減到肥呢﹖

知道的,請問可以回一回嗎﹖唔該晒唔該晒

其實健身就是將脂肪轉化成肌肉的運動,本身越多脂肪代表越有「本錢」~

所以你其實好有potential成為大隻佬,只有你肯練的話~

can.......any machine that raises the heart rate for a period of time is great for calorie burning and therefore fat loss.......fitness level and individual preferences will determine which machines are best for each person,the ideal repetitions range for improved muscle tone is 15-20,ensuring that in the last few repetitions,the exercise becomes challenging.20 repetitions with a weight that is too light is a waste of time................anyway
