I think Hitler / Germany is responsible for the Second War World.
Hitler was very ambitious, although he had got Czechoslovakia, he still not satisfy. He want to expand further. The break out of the Second World War was because of his expansion, this angered the victorious nations / the Allied Powers of the First World War. This led to the break out of the Second World War.

Who Won WW2 for the Allies
Who really won? This is a contentious question.
Many scholars agree that the USSR (Soviet Union, Russia) is most responsible for defeating Germany in World War 2, but that they could not have done it without the US and UK on the Western Front.
Winning the war in the Pacific is a separate question. Many scholars agree that the US is most responsible for defeating Japan, but the contributions of the USSR, UK, Australia, etc. cannot be ignored.
Here are some opinions from FAQ Farmers:
The Allies won WWII. It's not really an individual nation that won 'the war' but rather the combined group effort of all Allied Nations. To say that one single nation was the winner would be to show tremendous ignorance and disrespect to the sacrifices made by other allies. To list the top three allies in order of their contribution to the victory: 1. Soviet Union, 2. USA, 3. Great Britain.
Without America the Battle of Britian would have gone to the Nazis, Hitler would have then had more troops to send to Russia and the war would have been over. But with America's great military abilites, strong fighting force, amazing production capabilities, and how can we forget bomber force the war in Europe would have been lost. And let's not forget the Pacific theater. Without America's strong, fast, and capable carrier fleet we would all be driving Civics and speaking Japanese. America won World War Two.
Without doubt, the USSR played the largest part in holding the Nazi expansion and therefore in winning WW2. Without an Eastern front draining German resourses, it would have been unlikely that Britain (the only non-soviet Allied strategic land base and therefore chance of victory on the Western front) could have held out on its own for much longer than it did. Britain, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the Free French, the USA and many other (predominantly British Commonwealth) nations were the catalyst for the actual victory which precipitated from the D-Day landings.
It's obvious that the Russians faced the bulk of the German army and I have the deepest respect for the Russian soldier. He is brave and professional. Also, the Russians had the foresight to develop weapons like the T34-85, and SU100. The allies had nothing compared to this to face the germans blitkrieg. But let's not forget the non-aggression pact. Russia was fooled and coluded with the Germans to splice up Poland so they danced with the devil. America, remember, faced a different enemy in the Japanese. How would Russia have used its elite Siberian troops to relieve Leningrad and Stalingrad if the Pacific war had not been going on and they had to face the Japanese threat in Manchuria? How would they have halted Blitzkrieg in the beginning if the British had not destroyed 3000 German bombers and numerous fighters during the battle of Britain? North Africa was held by British and USA forces which prevented the caucas oilfields falling into German hands. The bombing of German industry stopped Germany from producing and fielding enough quality equipment at Kursk. I am an Englishman and I lost my grandfather in the Battle of Britain. I never knew him and I know that many Russians, Americans and other people from many nations have the same sense of pride and loss as I do, but sometimes this muddies the water and fact turns into legend. Also, remember that the Russians taking of Berlin was a deal done by the Allies because Stalin wanted the prize and Russia had earned it. IWe really were alone in this country. We may not have the might of America and Russia or their industrial capability but we were there at the beginning. Maybe if the Americans had joined earlier and the Russians had faced the Germans in Poland, my Grandfather may have survived and maybe millions of others as well might not have died.
I think the major problem is the Treaty of Versailles .
So Britain , France , the US should response .
i thank日本.The modern world is still living with the consequences of World War 2, the most titanic conflict in history. Just over 67 years ago on September 1st 1939, Germany invaded Poland without warning. By the evening of September 3rd, Britain and France were at war with Germany and within a week, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and South Africa had also joined the war. The world had been plunged into its second world war in 25 years. Six long and bloody years of total war, fought over many thousand of square kilometres followed. From the Hedgerows of Normandy to the streets of Stalingrad, the icy mountains of Norway to the sweltering deserts of Libya, the insect infested jungles of Burma to the coral reefed islands of the pacific. On land, sea and in the air, Poles fought Germans, Italians fought Americans and Japanese fought Australians in a conflict which was finally settled with the use of nuclear weapons. World War 2 involved every major world power in a war for global domination and at its end, more than 60 million people had lost their lives and most of Europe and large parts of Asia lay in ruins.
