主/客廁所裝修後出現滲水問題

我覺得你既問題好嚴重，你依家只係自己屋企地台滲水，滲滲吓可能會搞到樓下天花都漏埋添，你依家既問題得兩個問題，
第一；安裝時佢哋大部份師傅都會用英泥收口，可能佢做既時候英泥份量唔夠以至沖出沙泥，
第二，你個坐厠品質都可能有ｄ問題，因為坐厠出廠既時候係冇問題既，但係運輸既時候受到撞擊而出現裂痕都唔出奇，
另外
如果仲未解決問題咁就可能係你哋屋企既使用問題，
佢哋都有屋外and屋內之分，
屋外既問題你係冇得搞，一定要揾ｄ專科搞，
而屋內問題你有一半搞得掂，
屋內問題一，你個坐厠入面有ｄ纖維雜物阻塞，
咁你可以試吓去五金舖買條渠藤返黎試吓，再加兩枝通渠水一齊試吓，不過要小心使用通渠水，佢哋用既時候會同水發生化學反應
而產生高温，刺鼻氣體同腐蝕液體小心使用，
問題二，就係師傅安裝既時候用英泥收口，咁之後又貪方便多咗既英泥賭埋落坐厠，英泥沈澱硬化，咁樣就好麻煩，如果係屋企都袛係換過條渠，但係如果外牆塞住就好難搞，事關我哋係唔可能爬出外牆換喉，一定要洗錢請人做，浪費時間同金錢
ps:盡快解決問題先係急切，自己試一試先，唔得可以再揾師傅整

Beware of using 通渠水 as it will induce high temperaure (might exceed 80c) that cause further damage to the pipe. Both 裝修安裝 or 座廁品質 could be the cause. For health sake, you better seek advice from your 裝修安裝 asap. They should provide after service maintenace in reasonable time or prove that it's related to 座廁品質 and not their 裝修安裝. I nmy experience, my house previously has similar 座廁滲水 problem, which my 裝修師傅 uninstall it and found it is due to the leak in the soft pipe connecting the 座廁 and the main pipe. It is suspected the soft pipe was damaged by some chemical during the cleaning phase.
