如果只係門牙疏，其他牙冇乜特別問題，可以唔駛考慮箍牙丫，箍牙時間又長又辛苦，門牙疏其實可以考慮做牙套，只要磨細少少隻牙套上去就得，美觀又耐用，如果箍牙起碼要箍一兩年再帶定型套兩三年，真係都幾漫長，當然可以去外國先箍或者叫你的牙醫介紹醫生俾你，如果佢介紹唔到俾你可以叫他出封病歷俾你拎埋過去再搵醫生follow就得架啦！！ 希望幫到你啦

i 箍牙 when i was 17, i did that just couple of months b4 summer holiday in hk. then went to study in the uk. coz i was under 18 and i was a student, so i was covered by the uk Health Service Centre.

i just went to see the dentist every months in the uk and come back for xmas, easter and summer holiday to hk.

it last for 2 year tho
