federal rates will suppose go level or down in the coming years

HK may follows if the hiboar between banks is low (depends on hot money flows)

low in rates and increase in CPI inflation will have a negative interest enivronment thus ppl will put their money on investment markets rather than bank so

money will go to real estate or stock market thus pushing up the price

but dun be scare.....i think the increase will only be gradually not sharp increase

Retail rent-increase due to increasing purchasing power
