really 香檳 ?? ( cépage chardonnay can be called 'blanc de blanc")
is it simple 香檳 ? have years label(millésimé)?, 1er cru or grand cru?
no sugar/ liqueur added (ultra brut.)?? -1%, brut??extra-sec, sec, demi-sec or doux?
generaly, 香檳 is very fragile, it doesnt like light and smell particulary... it doesnt fit to keep it for a long-time. anyway, if you keep it in well condition, 存放二年的香檳不會有問題,, (never buy 香檳 stand up under the neon light)
try if you can,, the famous Domaine Pérignon and maybe " vieilles vignes francaise" Bollinger.. 香檳可以保存多久 ?? i have tasted one 1989 1er cru ... "drinkable" :) (not too bad.)

請問各位在酒瓶哪裡知道生產日期 ?? we dont know 生產日期 香檳, if it 無年份 lebal. but its not must important.1. we already mix 葡萄 from the previous year for 釀製 無年份香檳. ( mix before the second fermentation,and before adding sugar/liqueur )

2. in France, regulation for wine is very strict... for 香檳, you find one small number identity: for exemple: NM-301-001. this n° make we know quality (where come from the葡萄, how to put in the bottle...etc.. too bad english to tell you right words)

so tell me first what is this word on your 香檳 label.NM, LVMH, RM, CM or MA ?如果超過兩年是否會變差 ?? ~ keep your 香檳 in the well condition, 11°c - 14°c all the year in a dark room, 75% humidity(or most, 95% it doesnt matter) ~ no problem. but dont forget 香檳 is for drinking, not for keeping !! :)
