Can I claim Dependent Parent Allowance and Disabled Dependent Allowance at the same time 05/06 for my disabled father (age 71) who live with me, and how much would be the total amount?

YES you can. The total allowance entitled by you is:$30,000 (above 60)
x 2 (reside together)
----------------------------------
$ 60,0000
+ $60,000 (disable)
--------------------------------
= $120,000
