A boundaryless organization would help in this issue
Many executives and management scholars today consider free access to information in all directions to be an organizational imperative.
Jack Welch of GE coined the term Boundarylessness. A boundaryless organization is one in which there are no barriers to INFORMATION FLOW. Instead of boundaries separating people, jobs, processes, and places, ideas, information, decisions, and actions move to where they are needed. However this doesn't imply a random free-for-all of unlimited communication and information overload, it implies information available as needed moving quickly and easily enough so that organization functions far better as a whole than as separate parts.
There is no risk and awkward in telling your idea whatever to your bosses, executives and management should encourage people unleash their knowledge and ideas as the collective talent is powerful and main essence to business success.
