我想問下咁我算唔算有精神病

其實我想問下大家我係唔係有精神病啊?
平時我個人好容易好緊張既
只要一緊張時成個人就會系度震架啦
而且仲要震得好厲害架
平時間唔中都係咁既~
其實我係唔係有病啊?
如果係架話~有咩辦法醫到架?

你沒有精神病, 首先我問你, 你再自問, 你個人心地很善良, 某些事情你可以好有瞻去做, 例如爬高, 你特別是跟人說話時才驚, 這個是你朋友不多, 再加上你的知識不夠, 且沒有一技之長, 你感別人很能幹, 故跟人說話時就好像小孩子跟大人說話咁. 還有重點是你未能自力更生, 不可自給自足, 故現在你首先是要增加技能, 不停增進學習社會上所需要的, 例如打字不夠快綀些, 英文不精多識些外國朋友綀多些, 菲人或泥人都得. 學一些貿易或商業上的工作技能. 學習就好像八婆仔一樣, 咩都問咩都八咩都要知, 那你會知識很廣, 老實話你知, 1998年我都跟你一樣的, 自從發現周圍的人自私, 問她們工作上的問題不答, 想離識但知識不夠, 不可自給自足, 尚要依懶家人, 被家人看少, 日漸日忍無可忍下, 1998年尾不停日夜操綀自己, 且學做八婆仔, 吔都要知吔都要識, 到現在, 我不用打求識信都有高薪的工作找我做, 我不做也夠實力可做生意, 同人說話不再怕. 不用受家人的看少. 且自己知識多能力高, 也可幫到人. 有時幫到一些原來是大商家. 你剛剛畢業, 該很年青吧, 不用怕, 努力!

But when you are walking in your way, be careful the people around you always cheat you and make bad behind you. Your mind is not yet open, your mind still have many space can be used. 是香港人的通病,因整個社會只有競爭,少有扶持,若你的心又很看重自己........這是你自然而來的心理壓力。香港在走向專才路啊!

只要忘記自己,只努力以赴每天的事情,喜接受別人善及惡的眼光,擁抱這不健全的世界,你會大開眼界。

你係抵抗壓力o既能力比較低...
所以成日都精神緊張~
其實你而家咁後生,
仲有好多時間俾你改進自己ga
我同一班年青o既朋友...
每個week 都會搞個gathering
互相鼓勵&學習, 以致一齊成長~
我個fd 之前都好似你咁...
好無自信, 同人講親o野都口窒窒~
但係而家已經改善o左好多...
就算o係成班人面前分享自己o既o野,
都應付自如~~~
所以最緊要係你有突破自己o既決心,

如果再唔得, 你就最好睇下家庭醫生, 因為如果有精神病, 最好都係睇醫生, 咁先真真正正幫到你.

其實想問多少少
只得您少少的情緒及生理情況
並未能以DIAGNOSTIC AND STATISTICAL MANUAL OF MENTAL DISORDERS FOURTH EDITION TEXT REVISION "DSM-IV(TR)"來分類
即...未可說您是精神病
因精神病其實是一個總稱
不同的病會有不同的病徵及病狀

I think you are just too nervous. Is it happened in your work? 精神病 should be mental problem. I suggest you go to see family doctor first.

What I can tell is that over 80% of people in Hong Kong has certain degree of mental health problem. It is just a matter of the degree. Your problem may not be serious if you can find ways to solve it. Just do not be too worried about it as the more you are worried, the worse it will be.

Try to go to see a clinical pscyhologist or NLP Therapist (Neuro-Linguistic Programming). They will be able to help you.

Remember, relax and do not take things so serious.
