any part-time nursing course in HK? (after graduation, the graduate can register as a nurse) how many years and how much?

The OUHK has part-time nursing course (Higher Dipoma in Nursing, 3 years course, course fee <$100,000). This course is for Enrolled Nurse only.

No such a part time course for nursing in HK. All the courses(including Higher diploma and degree) were full time course.
