emm thats a radical question
There are always people doing charity services around the world..if you cross out the common factors among HK people,,there really arnt that many left. and the ones who acutally do volunteerings are probably the ones who are RICH, and have Nothing to do =]
Hong Kong people's view on education are SO OVERRATED(because im in US), and are really into education instead, so not that much teenagers do charity service..
So basically people under 20 and above 80's cant do charity services...that left you 60% of the popluation
and Many has to work, so lets say about 15% of the popluation cant do charity services because their busy working all the time..
and another 10% who are LAZYASSES,,gives you 35%
and you have to consider who Doesn't give a crap about the world and their community, thats like the china immigrants..thats about 20%
so in my opinion, only 15% who acutally cared, I don't think thats a lot. do you?
