何謂NLP?

甚麼是NLP？
NLP 全名是 Neuro Linguistic Programming, 內容包括一系列從模仿卓越人士得來的思想及行為模式，可以帶來快速而有效的轉變。

NLP 有甚麼用處？
NLP 的應用範圍很廣泛，包括行政管理、銷售、教育、心理治療、個人突破等各方面。

NLP 是否可以用來控制別人的思想？
在進行NLP的時候，當事人是處於清醒狀態，也可以接受或拒絕執行師的提議。因此，NLP 可用以加強說服力，但絕不能控制別人的思想。

NLP跟催眠有甚麼關係？
NLP 的其中一部分是模仿自催眠大師 Milton Erickson。因此，很多NLP技巧其實可以說是快速催眠。當然，除了催眠外，NLP 也包含了許多其他技巧，如語言的運用，改變行為策略，和用心錨控制狀態等等。

修讀 NLP有甚麼途徑？要修讀多久？
每個 NLP 培訓中心都有不同的修讀方法及時間。

NLP是偽科學，不可信
