皮下脂肪核

脂肪瘤(lipoma) 通常被認為是由成熟脂肪細胞組成的一種常見良性軟組織腫瘤。

脂肪瘤是最常見的軟組織良性腫瘤，它可生長於人體內各種組織內，包括：表皮
下，肌肉內，甚至內臟器官，或神經組織內。其中又以體表皮下最容易發生，常
見的好發部位在軀幹及四肢，頭臉部則較少見。

皮下脂肪瘤大部分成年後才會開始長出來，通常沒什麼症狀，但是大部分的患者
會覺得摸起來怪怪的不太舒服。一般而言，女性患者的脂肪瘤多為單發性，而多
發性脂肪瘤則好發於成年男性。單發性脂肪瘤的原因目前還不清楚，但是多發性
脂肪瘤可能和家族遺傳傾向、潛存的遺傳性高脂血症或糖尿病有關。

脂肪瘤會不會轉變成惡性瘤呢？ 目前還沒有證據顯示此種關聯。

you can leave it alone ot the other method is to do operation to excise it.

i have done such operation in my family doctor clinic 1 month ago.
the good thing for the operation is that you can know what the mass is as it is sometimes difficult to tell you you just touch it through the skin.

my family doctor in Tai Wai (Dr. Ho) is quite good on this and he can tell you what happen (because i have seen him 1 months ago for the same problem),
