In Hong Kong, you will have 5 programs to choose from: 1. HKFA Youth Football Leader Certificate Course 2. HKFA D Certificate Coaching Course 3. AFC C Certificate Coaching Course 4. AFC B Certificate Coaching Course and 5. AFC A Certificate Coaching Course. AFC stands for Asian Football Club.

Here in the U.S., we have to go through a clinic to become a soccer instructor. There are 5 different grades of soccer instructor licenses, namely A,B,C,D,E Licenses. "E" License is for coaching U13 and below recreation soccer. "D" License is for training U13 and above for competitive soccer leagues. "C" License/Youth License is for coaching all youth levels that are under 19 and below for competitive soc cer leagues. Pro "B" License is for coaching college level. All eligible candidates must be 19 years old and must have 5 years of professional playing experience and 5 years of coaching experience. &qu ot;A" License is for coaching semi-p rofessional teams and any other levels.
Some of the "A" License soccer instructors, who do well in their field, may be invited to coach State or National teams.
