買新上市股票未獲分配,退款支票因郵誤遺失,如何追討?

We have the same situation, and enquired the ComputerShare H.K. for assistance. They advised us to download a request form from their web site http://www.computershare.com.hk, complete the form and return it to them for a refund. Details of download are as follows: 1.After login the website, goes to ‘Securityholders’ 2.Choose ‘Download a form’ 3.From ‘Miscellaneous’, choose ‘Replacement request’ 4.Download the form. Fill in section A, C & D of the form and fax it to the ComputerShare H.K. at 2865-0990. They will handle the refund cheque for you.

I would like to know how soonest to get the cheque refund back after submit the form.
