The mass of a cup of fruit is 0.2 kg and its temperature is 70'C . Find the specific heat capacity of the fruit juice if a minimum of 0.17 kg of ice at 0'C should be added to the juice in order to lower its temperature to 0 'C .

heat gain by ice = heat loss by juice
(0.17)(335500) + (0.17)(4200)(70-0) = (0.2)c(70-0)
c = 7643.92...J kg^(-1) K^(-1)

note that the latent heat fusion of ice and specific heat capacity of water may vary with ur given value.
