關於兩種運動的問題?.?

本人想鍛練腿部肌肉,如果不是去做gym鍛練的話,那在以下的運動裡 那個較能有效地訓練腿部肌肉呢?
(跑的時間一樣)

1.跑步
2.跑樓梯

跑步 will hurt the knee too.....I am a good example......cant doing any exercise for a year. Advice only walk 樓梯 first......until your muscles get stronger......then you can increase the speed.......I really dont want anyone get knee injury same as me.....
