1.將烤熟的火雞胸肉切成近10公分的長片。
2.把番茄肉、白酒醋、橄欖油攪拌均勻後,置於盤中。
3.將已盛入醬汁的盤子,再灑上適量的胡椒鹽,並把切好的火雞肉排列於盤上。
4.最後再將芥菜與水芹及黑橄欖裝飾於盤上即可。
