國泰空中服務員入職要求:

To become a Flight Attendant (Hong Kong Base), you need to meet the following
requirements:
You must have the Right of Abode in Hong Kong;
You must be educated to HKCEE standard or equivalent with a pass in English (Syllabus B);
Proficiency in reading and speaking Mandarin, English and Cantonese is essential;
You must also be able to pass a medical assessment and meet a minimum arm-reach of 208cm.


港龍機艙服務員入職要求:

FLIGHT ATTENDANT
Requirements
- Hong Kong permanent resident holding a passport with the right to live and work in Hong Kong indefinitely
- Minimum Form 5 standard
- Fluent in English and Cantonese/Mandarin (knowledge in other Asian dialects an added advantage)
- Minimum arm-reach of 212cm
- Previous experience in service industry is preferred but not a must


港聯航空機艙服務員入職要求:

Requirements:
You must have the right of abode in Hong Kong.
You must have HKCEE standard or above with a pass in English.
You must have a minimum height of 169cm.
You must be able to speck and Putonhua, Cantonese, and English fluently (reading skills are also required for all languages). Preference will be given to candidates who have additional language skills in other Chinese dialects.

應徵空中服務員 面試技巧


應徵者有甚麼常犯錯誤?

面試時沒有絕對「對或錯」的答案。我們反而注重應徵者「為何這樣回答」,換言之是答案背後的意義。例如人人皆必定說自己樂於服務客人,面試官就會設定不同的處境考查對方,如遇到該種狀況會如何處理。一般來說,若然應徵者並非真心熱愛服務業,很容易露出馬腳,被悉穿真意。
另外,應徵者亦不宜背誦坊間求職書刊的「標準答案」,這類答案太千遍一律,面試官一定已聽了很多次,而且我們希望了解應徵者的真性情,所以只要他們在面試時表現自然、得體及有禮貌,就已足夠。

坊間有種論調,說應徵空姐時太沉默或太高調都不妥當,因為航空公司要求員工服從性高,太具個人特色的人不易受僱。此話真確嗎?

我們希望應徵者誠實地分享對航空業及服務業的想法,以及個人有關的經歷,若然他們太沉默,我們當然無從得知其優點,而影響獲聘機會。至於太積極是否不好呢?這要視乎情況而定。其實應徵者無須太隱藏自己的真性情,`be yourself' 最緊要。

除了忠實地表現自己,有意入職者有甚麼方法提升獲聘機會?
他們應該加強基礎能力,使自己更 `marketable' ( 具市場競爭力 )。第一是加強語文能力,以往做空中服務員,英文最重要,但近幾年普通話一定要識;第二是在「適當的場合做適當的事」,我不贊成應徵者做一些設法取悅面試官的行為。

學歷是否獲聘的關鍵因素?
要勝任空中服務員,當然須要具有一定基本條件,譬如英文程度不能差。但若然單純問:一個大學生及一個中學生,誰能得到僱用?我會答:服務態度好的那個獲聘。

which airline are you referring to? Different airlines have different requirements.

Some need swimming, some don't.

also different format of interview in different airlines.
