sure u can sell it la
but u have to cal the difference law
e.g.

buy at 1M paid 0.3M deposit

now the price is 1.2 M

prelim thinking get back 0.5 M including the 0.3M

however u have to count lawyer fee, gov fee, renovation cost la

if all those exceed 0.2M then u loss money la

u have to cal an average 30-40% up the buying price is safer in selling la

當然可以,全港大部分人都係供緊樓,要換樓就會賣,但你買樓做按揭時,會講明幾長時期之內還清要罰息,以前多數3年,不過最近半年都有。
賣樓手績:先經由代理找到買家,簽臨時約,這時買定會開始著手找銀行,有計劃的買家更會在簽臨時約前問幾間銀行估價,一簽就通知銀行和律師行,跟著會到律師樓簽賣買合約,會辦理其餘手續。其實是買家付款,找了賣家的數還給銀行。注意:負資產是買家所付的全部樓價,仍不足以還給銀行,賣家要賣樓就要自己貼錢。
