招股價上限 = 建滔個定價(每一隻新股都要在掛牌前定價)
首日掛牌價 = 第一日隻股既開市價
如首日掛牌價高出招股價上限 = 即係建滔個第一日既開市價大個建滔個定價
Why? Because of Demand and Supply,,,,,,if everyone demanded to buy the shares, as the supply is limited, the price must rise.
