FC(Family Computer，也稱作FAMICOM)是日本任天堂公司開發的一種第三代家用遊戲機，在中國大陸、台灣、香港一般稱為「紅白機」。在歐美則稱為NES(Nintendo Entertainment System)。
歷史
1983年7月15日，由宮本茂領頭開發的FC遊戲機研製成功，開始進入市場，取得了巨大成功。不久，任天堂總裁山內溥決定讓哈德森（HUDSON）、南夢宮（NAMCO）、大東（TAITO）、卡普空（CAPCOM）、傑力可（JALECO）和科樂美（KONAMI）六家軟體開發商加入開發FC遊戲，被當時業界稱為「六大軟體商」。 1984年任天堂創建了權利金制度，不但使軟體質量得到了保證，而且為任天堂獲得了巨大的利潤。而此後所有遊戲機均採取權利金制度，除了開發時需要購買高額的開發平臺外，還需要按照銷售情況支付權利金。 2003年7月在FC發售的二十週年，任天堂宣佈FC遊戲機正式停產，至此FC全世界已累計銷售6000萬台以上。如再加上其他廠商所仿製的未授權產品，其數量當不僅於此。至今中國、台灣、香港與泰國甚至日本等地仍然在製造FC規格的相容品。
