前臂肌肉(屈肌及伸肌).
你可以用啞鈴腕屈, 啞鈴腕伸練習.
方法:
啞鈴腕屈, 手握啞鈴, 將前臂平放掌心向上, 用力時將手腕向上屈, 還完時放鬆, 重覆動作.

You can do more push up. And you can try to lift weights(啞鈴). Then y鈴ou can try to pull up the 啞鈴 before your body slowly . Do it 20 times per day. After a few months, you will feel that:'手前臂is very powerful.'
