The cold front over northern Guangdong is moving southwards gradually. It is expected to reach the south China coastal areas later today. Tropical Depression Utor to the east of the Philippines has intensified into a tropical storm. At 10 a.m., Utor was centred about 1260 kilometres east-southeast of Manila. It is forecast to move west or west-northwest at about 20 kilometres per hour towards the Philippines.
