A)Calcium carbonate in brand A when react with HCl in stomach will form CO2(g) which accumulate in stomach thus causing an unwell feeling.

B)To increase the surface area so that more calcium carbonate will be exposed to HCl when reaching stomach for faster reaction rate so that concentration of HCl in stomach will decrease in a higher rate.

C)It is a strong alkali which may overconsume HCl in stomach so that strengh of immunity of human(First line of defence) will be greatly reduced.

雖說你的很好,但B的答案可能有問題……
因為還有另一個原因!
When calcium carbonate react with HCl, the reaction will stop because a layer of protection(CaCl) will form on the surface of calcium carbonate.
Chewing is to prevent the reaction stop because of this.
This will happen because CaCl cannot dissolve in water easily!
