自已開公司做兼職

公司合約沒有列明不可兼職。但我自己開一間公司當兼職這可以嗎？

公司合約除沒有列明不可兼職外，有沒有註明要申報兼職（有些公司怕員工兼職與公司有抵觸，會要求申報）。最好睇清楚公司指引，可向人事部查詢。

如上述兩者都冇，咁公司方面大可不理會。


自己開公司算不算是兼職？

「兼職」一詞沒有準則，主要留意入息方面。

冇限公司 - 公司每年度的利益/虧損是個人入息一部份。
有限公司 - 公司會否發放董事酬金/人工/commission, etc. 如有，都是個人入息的一部份。

不用資金 不用店面 不用屯貨
不必送貨 不必推銷 不必收帳
沒有業績壓力 沒有文書作業 沒有風險
你有興趣嘛

而你要做的就是將你家中日常用品換個品牌 而用的是你原來的預算不是新的投資
你既能從這份事業得到一份持續性的收入

you are the owner, you can go there anytime that you want, of course not in the time that you should be working!
