What is the average life span of usb drives (手指)?

USB drives are getting popular. Is there any information on the life span of usb drives? My concern is whether these usb drives will break down after a period of time and data will be lost.

ANS.: YES , You are rightBut nowaday USB is not a I.C. Product.
It is a E-Rom build-in design so it is not so easy to lost data now.
Usually the magetic and weather Humidity (濕度) is able to effect it more.
BE relax to use USB finger .
