To delete a scene, it is a bit difficult to find, but it is easy to do.
First, click [Window(W)].
Than, select [Design Panels(G)>].
Click [Scene(S)].
A scene control box is appeared, select the scene you do not want.
Than, click the trash can button (Delete scene).
Flash will ask you [Are you sure you want to delete the selected scene?], you click [Yes].
The scene will be deleted and the objects in the deleted scene will not show again.
