Nothing personal... just want to correct the incorrect information.
"童裝批發你可以去一德路找"
一德路 is mainly for toys and dry foods (yes they are two very different categories but in Guangzhou they live together for decades).
The "中山八路" is the national wholesale market on kidswears. Shops in 虎門 and 香港工業中心 are wholesaed from them! Even factories in Dougdong will send goods to 中山八路 before 虎門 because Guangzhou has the biggest customers.
But if you are new to the trade your purchase volume is too small to get served in 中八. So 香工 is your best start. When your business grows bigger you can buy from 虎門 and 中八.

Guangzhou have over 50 wholesale markets in any trade you can imagine.
不過大陸服裝,好多都唔合香港人口味 --> My wife is working in 中八 every week. She see more and more Japaneses and Koreans are buying in 中八 versus the past years. Some of them even setup factories to sell directly to their countrymen.
The sad but true news to many people is, the trendy fashion you buy when traveling in Japane and Korea are indeed made in China.
大陸服裝多有人製纖維混坊 --> and there are plenty of pure cotton clothing as well, some even use US cotton... it is a matter whether you can find the source, and the price is right to your budget.
大量是要報關的 --> yes if you are shipping in container, and you are declaring at China customs, not the HK customs as HK is a free port.
If you are only running few shops selling few thousands pieces a month, you need not to worry about that.
It is a big building. But it is a retail outlet, not for wholesale. Books wholesale you go to:
廣州市海印橋南健基路,叫廣州圖書批發中心
五羊新城有各類圖書批發
名圖書城有圖書,,價格是基建路的一半
Good luck
