Hey there,

That would be an extremely unhealthy thing for you to do.

There is more to nutrition than the RDA's of vitamins.

Your body needs energy to function. There is a minimum number of calories you need to consume for normal body function. This is called your BEE (Basil Energy Expenditure).

If you continue to punish your body in such a way you WILL get sick down the line and will get osteoperosis..no doubt about it.

But I'm more concerned with why you'd even think to do that (your question) to yourself? If you are anorexic...please do yourself and your loved ones a favor and get help. There are great support groups out there nowadays.

Good luck!

What cereal contains 100% of the RDA in one serving? I don't think there is any. And if you eat enough servings to get 100% of all vitamins and minerals, you're probably consuming too much sugar and not enough protein. Also cereals are low in Vitamin C.

OK, who gave my answer a low rating? I challenge you to tell me what was incorrect in what I said!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No. The body MUST have 900 calories a day. If you don't eat the required caloric intake, your metabolism will drop, drastically, causing you to GAIN weight and requiring the body to have to work harder to burn calories. It's a nasty cycle but was genetically instilled millions of years ago so people would have extra fat cells to burn during times of famine, therefor keeping people from dying. This is the main reason Native Americans are so over weight. They ate well all summer long and through some of the winter, gaining weight. When mid-winter came around, food was scarce but their bodies kept burning calories to live! Now, they have access to plenty of food, all year round. The weight still goes on but has no need to come off. Television requires few calories to watch! I'm half Cherokee, so believe me, I've seen this happen.

Of course not.

I would say no, that it's not healthy just to eat one bowl of cereal a day, and the snack on negative calorie foods, because you just won't get enough energy to get by on.
