Job Duties details as below:
1) Customers
- Handle queries and complaint from customers
- Accept and attend to customer inquiries, bookings etc
- Inform customer of alternative arrangements in the situation of a delay in flight or delay
caused by short landed, document processing and clearance or delivery
- Follow-up with the customer regarding Shipments that arrives with discrepancies
(Wet/Torn/Damage) and to arrange for a survey to be conducted
- Attend to daily communication via different medias, and meeting the ACR KPI
- Participate in joint sales visits as and when necessary
2) Local & Overseas counterparts
- Coordinate and liaise with key personnel in other functional areas to provide updates &
status to customers
- Follow procedures and guidelines set forth by Customer Service Management
- Collaborate closely with operations to jointly achieve customer satisfaction
- Provide CCS information for their better investigation of claims and complaints
- Deliver good quality service standard
3) Day to Day activities
- Concentrate and responsible for shipment bookings for Strategic/Tradelane customers
- Complete weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as required by customers
- Proactively inform customer when discrepancy arises and offer assistance where
necessary
- Respond to customers promptly & professionally
- Adherence to department ISO standards inline with corporate instructions
- Adherence to Customer SOP
- Validate customers accounts are in good order
- Provide customers & overseas with relevant pre-alerts required scanned documents
- Provide instructions on delivery destination and Airport location for collections
- Consult with supervisors and or officers as and when unsure of certain processes or
procedures
