我的Norton出現問題
Auto-protection = off
Email scanning = Error

Don't worry.You press "Auto-protection" first.And then 旁邊 have one button,press it.May be you have to wait.After that,press "Email scanning",and press 旁邊的 button and wait.

如果Auto-protection = off ,Email scanning = Error
, 就試試重新打開和重新掃瞄,如果不行,說明norton的內核己經出了問題,
解決方法只有一個,就是重裝norton,
本人以前試過,我是把norton移除了,轉用KV江民軟體, 效果不錯...
