你認為在第一次世界大戰的戰爭責任,是個別國家(請指名)要負所有責任,還是應由各國平均分擔?

I think Germany , Austria - Hungary and Italy should bear to sole the
responsibility.But among them , Germany should sole the largest one.
This is because the WWI was actually started because Germany declared war on
Russia. Afterwards , other countries like France and Britain joined the war.
(PS : Germany and France , Britain were enemies.)
Besides , Germany started the alliance system which made the European powers
became less willing to settle disputes by peaceful means . Also , the armamants
race between it and Britain also increased the fear and suspicion between the
european powers and Germany.
Therefore , I think Germany should sole the largest responsibility.

其實我認為不可以說哪個國家要負所有責任,還是應由各國平均分擔責任的.如果由各國平均分擔的話對戰勝國有點不公平和對於沒有想參戰而參戰的國家不公,如由一個國家負責對於那國家實在有點過份.雖然最後由多個戰敗國家負責但實際上是以德國作為箭靶,但我個人認為如要負責的國家應是塞.
