白汁意粉(英文)

製法

1 洋蔥去及皮,洗淨
2 把意粉放入沸水中,煮8分鐘,之後熄火並加蓋焗5分鐘,然後撈起意粉,瀝乾水份
3 烟肉及洋蔥切粒,蘑菇切片
4 燒熱1/2湯匙油,爆炒洋蔥半分鐘,然後加入烟肉,蘑菇及雜菜一起炒
5 加入忌x菇及100毫升水一起煮,煮到白汁的稠度適中,然後熄火
6 將煮好的白汁鋪放在意粉上

1) Clean and peel the onion
2) Cook spaghetti in boiling water for 8 minutes, then let it soak for 5 minutes . Drain the spaghetti.
3) Dice the bacon and onion . Slice mushroom.
4) Heat 1/2 Tbsp oil , cook the onion for 1/2 minutes . Then add in the bacon , mushroom and other vegetables
5) Cook the cream mushroom with 100ml water until the sauce is creamy enough .
6) Pour the cooked sauce on top of spaghetti .
