唔好長時間對住電視or電腦, 每隔半小時行開一陣望下d遠既野
唱k果陣唔好熄晒d燈, 較番光少少, 同埋坐遠少少
唔好"爬"響張"木台"度睇書or寫字
唔好成日打機
要配合適度數的近視眼鏡, 度數唔岩隻眼會更加勞損
如果你有錢又唔驚恐怖的話, 可以去做激光矯視.....

try to take a break for every hour to give your eyes some resting time, then look at things in far distance...

this practice can help to relaese the eye pressure from using computer for long time, also slow down your speed ..
