void contract 同voidable contract 有咩分別

void contract 表示在法律上的一張 either party都可 不履行的合約。

voidable contract 表示這contract的主要 terms and conditions 仍然valid，但中間有些合約上的瑕疵，而這些瑕疵並沒有影響這contract 的合法性，i.e. if that term or condition is that of IMMATERIAL one, we can say the involved contract is a voidable contract.

Both kind of contracts do not necessary relate to misrepresentation only.

I believe "void contract" is a contract that is already voided, meaning it is not legal anymore. Voidable Contract means that the contract is able to be voided.
