Can I put in DDR2 800MHz into Asus P5LD2?

My motherboard is Asus P5LD2, Rev. 1. It states supporting only up to DDR2 667MHz.
Can I put in DDR2 800MHz or DDR2 675MHz (not overclocking situation)?
Also, What is the difference between 675MHz and 667MHz?

閣下不宜冒險一試，因為底板有可能認唔到DDR2 800。即使認到，也會強制調回667的速度，做成樽頸，未能完全發揮其性能。675得唔得我就唔敢講了。
675 同 667只是在速度有些微差別。
